Dorothy is accountable to the Joint Committee and is responsible for leading the Scotland Excel team, managing the performance of the organisation and providing strategic direction to ensure that the organisation meets its customers’ needs.

Hugh is responsible for providing leadership to the procurement teams in the delivery of best value collaborative contracts awarded on behalf of local authorities throughout Scotland.

Owen is responsible for leading the teams in Paisley and the regional offices to build and maintain positive relationships between Scotland Excel and its key customers at a national and regional level and for marketing Scotland Excel throughout the public sector and managing communications with key stakeholders.

Irene is responsible for leading the teams who provide a range of services which support the organisation including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Performance Reporting, Learning and Development and Special Projects as well as managing the support services provided by Renfrewshire Council.
