Owen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and has over 25 years experience of procurement in the public sector. Owen became Head of Purchasing in 2006.

Irene has over 25 years experience in Local Government/Public Sector Service. She joined abc in 2003 from East Renfrewshire Council. Irene has been heavily involved in the Scotland Excel project, responsible for providing a wide-range of both internal/external support services.
