Welcome to the Knowledge bank which we hope will be a useful resource for everyone involved in public sector procurement - whether you are a buyer, a supplier, or a procurement professional.
Our news pages provide a one-stop shop for up-to-date information on the procurement industry, the Public Procurement Reform Programme, and Scotland Excel. Website members can also access contract-related news and information in our dedicated Members area.
We have been listening to our customers and you will find the answers to many questions that we are regularly asked. These including questions about becoming a supplier to the public sector and how buyers can access our contracts.
Scotland Excel are involved in organising a wide range of events throughout the year, including training courses and contract administration meetings. You will find details of our events in this section, including information about where and when they are held, and who is eligible to attend them.

Who can become a member of Scotland Excel?
Membership is open to all 32 local authorities in Scotland, and we have many associate members from police and fire boards, community groups, charities, housing associations and voluntary organisations.
