Scotland Excel recently confirmed the appointment of Hugh Carr as Head of Strategic Procurement.
"In his interim role over the past 12 months, Hugh has played a significant role in developing the organisation and I am delighted that he is joining the team permanently to continue this development work and ensure that the organisation is well placed to deliver innovative procurement services to our customers in the challenging period ahead," said Dorothy Cowie, Director of Scotland Excel.
