Marketing and Communications Advisors deliver Scotland Excel’s Marketing and Communications plan, managing internal and external communications, conferences and exhibitions, website and intranet, and catalogue.
Marketing and Communications Analysts
Marketing and Communications Analysts assist the Advisors in delivering the components of the Marketing and Communications Plan.
Regional Offices develop, maintain and enhance the essential relationships with key stakeholders at a regional level to try and ensure that members achieve the maximum benefit from their participation in Scotland Excel.
Regional Account Managers
Regional Account Managers are the principal point of contact for local authorities within regions, ensuring close cooperation between Scotland Excel and local authority procurement teams, actively supporting regional and local projects and initiatives, as required.
Procurement Analysts
Procurement Analysts assist the Regional Account Manager in supporting ongoing procurement operations and initiatives within regions. The Analysts collect, record, organise and present information that contributes to the development of effective procurement strategies for Scotland Excel and local authorities.

Head of Relationship Management
The Head of Relationship Management manages a team of specialists who formulate and develop policies and strategies that manage the relationship between Scotland Excel and its key stakeholders at national and regional level. A further responsibility is the marketing and promotion of Scotland Excel throughout the public sector and the management of communications with key stakeholders.
Business Relationships proactively manages the relationships between Scotland Excel and its key stakeholders.
Business Relationship and Marketing Manager
The Business Relationship Manager implements strategies and policies that manage the relationship between Scotland Excel and its key stakeholders. Effecting Marketing and Communications policies and strategies that market Scotland Excel throughout the public sector and managing communications between Scotland Excel and key stakeholders is an additional responsibility.
